inothernews: THE WOUND   This is a detail of the top portion of BP’s failed blowout preventer - the “failsafe” device that spewed millions of barrels of oil into the Gulf of Mexico following an explosion aboard the Deepwater Horizon rig on April 20, 2010.  The entire assembly was raised from the ocean floor and taken by barge to a NASA facility in New Orleans earlier this week.  (Photo via the New Orleans Times-Picayune) Oh, now I see what went wrong.  Talk about quick fixes!
